Inner Space - Amber Lager

“REAL CERVEZA!” was the challenge issued by Rosa Cienfuegos, of Tamaleria and Centro Cultural Latinoamericano fame, when we asked local mates what beer would best represent our spiritual home in the lead up to 2025’s Dulwich Hill Relit festival.

Originally brewed as a limited release slung from the taps at our pop-up festival bar, Inner Space is the result of us reexamining what we thought we knew about one of our favourite styles: Vienna lager. It’s a beer which, with its amber hue and slightest of caramel notes, is often underestimated yet remains enticing all year round, just like our beloved “Dully”.

Brewed with NSW-grown Red Earth hops from Ryefield Hops and featuring original art by the one and only Sad Skelly, inspired by Adam Galea’s locally iconic Moonman (IYKYK). Check the seals on your suit, step out of the hatch, and never stop exploring!
